For ten memorable years, Red Earth Descendants have hosted and sponsored dozens of events, projects, camps and community service activities, free of charge for our community. We have considered it the highest honor to serve the People. It is an auspicious and amazing privilege to host the 20th Annual World Peace and Prayer Day gathering, with Arvol Looking Horse attending and officiating, representing a beautiful prayer in action for us. We have accepted the responsibility to fund the land, infrastructure, speakers, guests traveling from afar, porta-potties, a kitchen that will feed the people 3 meals a day for 4 days, security, accommodations, equipment, giveaway items, and much, much more. As most of our ten years of events and projects have been a giveaway to our community, funded by grants we generously receive, it's not a common practice for us to ask for money.
